With management and the team doing the work, we walk through a typical process: enquiries, invoices, tenders, reports. Existing software, data and the people using it are part of it from the start.

Where does the task begin? Who handles it? Where is information copied, searched for or requested again? We also record exceptions and follow-up questions.

Assess the options
We check integrations, data quality, permissions and licences. And we place the technology: Microsoft 365, n8n or custom agents, depending on task and environment.

Agree the scope
For the first step, we define the goal, owners and test criteria. Implementation, vendor costs and support are listed separately in the quote.
